Consolidate group result and prepare financial reports
Support quarterly and year end closing process
Analyse and summarise monthly results regarding P&L, balance, product areas, market information etc. in compliance with the Accounting Manual
Develop and maintain a group accounting manual for IFRS audits in English
Assist Group Controller and Olympus subsidiaries in all accounting and reporting matters, IFRS accounting, and launch appropriate countermeasures to reporting quality problems
Develop further and adapt accounting practise to legal amendments (e.g. BilMoG)
Support the further development of reporting packages and financial reporting systems
Support creation and maintenance of centralised process documentation (QM and J-Sox) in Group Accounting
Support configuration of ERP system for reporting purposes |

Ideally Certified Public Auditor (CPA)
Specialist for IFRS HGB/BilMoG
Fluent English to manage European Accounting Practice
Experience in group consolidation
Knowledge in US-GAAP appreciated
Proficiency in MS Office and, ideally, Movex
Excellent communication and intercultural skills
Analytical skills
Target driven team player with ability to work independently |
